ZINC OXIDE
- Cosmetics Caution
What is ZINC OXIDE?
Zinc oxide is a white mineral that blocks the sun's rays in sunscreen and adds white colour to make-up. In creams and lotions it stays on the skin's surface rather than soaking in. The caution is for sprays and loose powders, because breathing in the fine particles can inflame your lungs.
What is Yasno’s verdict on ZINC OXIDE?

Always check the physical label. Yasno describes evidence and regulatory status. It never says a product is free of an allergen or safe for you, and it is not medical advice.
